The entire staff and I are pleased to present to you the 2016 CAI-NJ Membership
Directory. This year’s directory contains a vast listing of all of our members. This
includes all of our CAVL’s, Individual Managers, Business Partners and Management
Companies. I urge you all to use this resource when looking to hire a professional,
service provider or vendor.
As you know, we introduced a new partnership program this year. The participating
companies through their partnerships have shown their dedication and commitment
to our industry. Please consider using our partners when investigating a merchant or
specialized provider. Also, consider using all of our members for your needs as they
too have a vested interest in the community association business.
I strongly encourage all of you to take advantage of all of the programs that CAI-NJ
offers. The Board of Directors has adopted the “no cost, low cost” approach to our
educational events. There are events for all of our membership categories.
Thanks to everyone for their cooperation in getting their information to us in on a
timely and efficient manner.
