Medical Plan Cost

Below are the employee costs for each plan per month.

The District asks employees to voluntarily complete a biometric screening and Health Risk Assessment. Employees

that choose not complete these wellness program steps will contribute an additional $20 in monthly premium for

all plan options.

As a new hire, you will not be required to complete these steps, and the $20 will be waived.
