Cutting Tools

1

Design:

HSS, according to factory standard, straight fluted.

Chuck slippage is avoided by the 3-surface shank. Laser print

of hole ∅ and speed. The hole ∅ can still be read with the tool

rotating.

Application:

For burr-free drilling and reaming of sheets, pipes and

profiles up to 6 mm materials thickness.

Deburring up to 1.5 mm material thickness. Works without burrs

and chatter marks and can be used in hand drills or

box column drills. No punch marking required.

Note:

To increase the service life, we recommend the use of

drilling paste (Order No. 1312 0005,

Ç

1/96, 1/97, 1/231).
