Design:
With a plastic handle in 4 different colours. Total length
125 mm, pad size 60 x 20 x 10 mm.
Application:
For cleaning cutting edges, to remove build-up on
edges and to extend the tool‘s life. The cutting edges are drawn off
at an angle of 25 ° to 40 °. Ideal for lapping chamfers on free- and
angle-ground surfaces, for breaking hard metal and HSS cutting
edges after cutting and for re-lapping cutting inserts, punching
tools, milling tools, cutter heads, reamers etc.

Application:
For machine and manual lapping. For use in ratios 1:5 to

work pieces a coarser grain (80 to 500) is needed and with softer
pieces a finer grain (750 to 2000).
