Cutting Tools

2

Design:

Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type NH, DIN 6527, 41°/43°/45°,

fire-coated,

with centre cut.

Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools.

Dry machining possible.

Application:

Can be used for peripheral milling as well as for universal

machining. Can be used for rough grinding, slot cutting and finishing

milling. The irregular spiral lead 41°/43°/45° results in particularly

smooth running and thus extremely good workpiece surface quality

for finishing milling operations. In addition, feeds higher by up to 60%

can be realized for slot cutting and rough milling. A much longer tool

life is achieved than with conventional tools. The 3-edged cutter has a

larger gullet and can thus also be used for very large cutting depths.

Solid Carbide Hi-Helix End Mills

TiAlN

Design:

Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type H, according to factory

standard, 50°,

TiAlN-coated,

with centre cut.

Application:

For slot cutting and for universal machining.

Also suitable for trimming and finishing milling. Feed is approx.

50% higher than with a 2-edged cutter. The extremely high spiral

lead results in particularly smooth running and thus low deviation

in shape and a very good surface on the workpiece. Particularly

suitable for

VA machining
