TiAlN-coated,

with centre cut.

Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated

tools. Dry machining possible.

Application:

Can be used for peripheral milling. With corner

radius to avoid notching effects on the workpiece. Suitable

for HSC machining

to factory standard, 55°,

Signum-coated,

with centre cut.

Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated

tools. Dry machining possible.

Application:

Can be used for peripheral milling, trimming

and high-precision finishing.

For large milling depth up to

3 x D.

Ideal for use in mould-making and dip working thanks

to the neck chip channel and corner radius with long range.

The extremely high spiral lead and reinforced core results in

particularly smooth running and thus low deviation in shape

and a very good surface on the workpiece. Suitable for HSC

machining

up to 62 HRC
