Plunge knurling can be used to produce all knurling patterns/profiles and markings.

Feed knurling can be used to produce the profiles RAA, RBL and RBR.

Pressure Knurling Tool (Tool Only)

Can be used for plunge and feed knurling. The tool can also be used for knurling on the

workpiece according to DIN 82: RAA, RBL, RBR, RGE 30°, RGE 45°.

Design:

Holder made of tempered steel. The special surface hardening ensures increased

resistance to wear. The carbide runner pins ensure greater torque, faster processing and

improved tool life. The tool can also be used as both a right and left version. Change-over

occurs through simple turn of the knurled head. In addition there are set screws integrated

in the shank for clearance angle adjustment. Supplied without knurling wheel.

Application:

For form knurling (non-cutting forming).

Can be used for plunge and feed knurling. The tool can also be used for all knurling on the

workpiece according to DIN 82: RAA, RBL, RBR, RGE 30°, RGE 45°.
