Design:

Lightweight construction.

Application:

For turning unhardened jaws and for grinding hardened base and top jaws.

Jaws reversible and infinitely adjustable. The fixture is tensioned in a three-jaw chuck. The

adjustment ring on the hollow-out fixture allows the jaws to be moved inwards and outwards

as required. The jaws are placed in the bores of the top jaws on the lathe chuck and the

chuck is tensioned. The chuck can be set in the position that it will assume when processing

workpieces in just a few seconds (pre-tensioning). The cranked clamping surfaces of the chuck

jaws are then tensioned form-fit and perfectly concentric.

Design: With short taper DIN 55027, with stud bolt and collar nut.

Chuck body completely

surface-hardened and balanced. Jaws in the chuck ground concentrically Radial and axial run-

out tolerances only half of the permitted values prescribed by DIN 69386/I. With quick jaw

replacement system, visual marking for quick jaw replacement and jaw locking. High corrosion

protection and splash-water edge on the outer contour. Good lubrication options of the highly

stressed sliding surfaces.

Application:

For lathe applications, where high clamping forces and high concentricity and

accurate repetition are required.
