CNC short drill chuck for clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation

Application:

For drilling, countersinking, reaming, thread cutting and

for simple finishing milling work. Can be used in machining centres,

turning, drilling and milling machines.

Scope of delivery:

Short drill chuck with hex spanner.

Design: DIN 2080, Form A,

made of alloy case-hardened steel,

with a core tensile strength of approx. 950 N/mm

2

and a hardness

depth of min. 0.5 mm. Taper according to DIN 254. Clamping using

a hex spanner considerably increases clamping force in comparison

to conventional chucks. At the same time, this secures the chuck

against becoming loose during anti-clockwise rotation or being quickly

decelerated from higher speeds.

Taper angle: AT3.

Concentricity: ≤ 0,03 mm.

Hardened 58 ±2 HRC.

Application:

To nest tools with cylindrical shank.

Scope of delivery:

Short drill chuck with hex spanner.

Design:

Short design, guide elements of rigid design, hardened and

ground wear parts ensure high concentricity and long life. Compact

design and high rigidity lead to the best machining results. High

clamping forces are reached by the integrated worm gear at low effort,

Holding torque > 75 Nm at 13 mm diameter.

Machining is safe

thanks to automatic blocking of the worm gear even when running

anti-clockwise and quickly decelerated spindle.

Taper angle: Tolerance AT3.

Taper surface roughness: Ra < 0.001 mm.

Balancing quality: pre-balanced up to 7000 min
