Higher concentricity

-

Vibration-damping

tool clamping

-

Increased tool service life

-

Reduction in micro-outbreaks

on the cutting edge

-

Improved surface quality

-

Flexibility due to the use of reduction sleeves

-

Low maintenance due to closed

clamping system

-

Simple to operate

Concentricity of the WTE hydraulic

expansion holder with test mandrel in

a tensioned state.

WTE Hydraulic expansion holder

-

Greater torque transmission

-

Design equiv. to DIN 69882-7

-

Higher positioning and repeat accuracy

-

Tool clamp with highest

concentrcity – maximum 3 µm

-

Concentricity inspection and balancing

protocol for each delivered hydraulic

expansion holder

-

Continuous enhancements

-

Certified production acc. to

DIN EN ISO 9001:2000

Hydraulic fluid is compressed using a

hydraulic clamping set (pressure screw,

pressure pin, seal).

The pressure causes a uniform deformation

of the expansion sleeve so the tool shank is

clamped with higher concentricity.
