Clamping

Systems

Design:

The lamellas move parallel across the whole clamping range

which results in constant concentricity. With high radial clamping

force, the rubber is resistant to cooling lubricants and temperatures

up to 100 °C.

Application:

For bridging large diameters when clamping tools with

cylindrical shank. For use in thread cutting devices, drill holders and

tool holders.

Precision collet Rubber-Flex

Design:

You save time during the reversing action because the tap

returns faster thanks to the planetary gear (2:1). Immediately effective

reversal on changing feed direction. Continuous setting of the safety

clutch by turning the sleeve nut with guide value scale. Simple turning

of the cam disc enables changing the cam coupling to surface friction

for small threads.

Suitable for both right-hand and left-hand

threads.

The continuously clamping jaws can accommodate all tap

shanks within the cutting range, including those with intermediate and

inch sizes.

Application:

For thread cutting on all hand-fed bench drills and box

column drills and where the rotational direction cannot be reversed.
