Clamping

Systems

3

Design:

Horizontal clamping mechanism with open support arm and horizontal foot.

Galvanised and passivated. The stainless steel rivets run in case-hardened bearing bushings

except for sizes 0 and 1 due to lack of space. Bearing bushings are greased. Ergonomic,

oil-resistant handle with large hand rest and soft component. Safety clamping piece with

finger guard. Captive fastener for pressure screw at clamping arm end.

Application:

For side mounting.

Scope of delivery:

Complete with tempered,

galvanised pressure screw.

Cross arm for 2-point tension see

(Order No. 3946).

Design:

Galvanised and passivated. Stainless steel rivet that runs in case-hardened bearing

bushings. Bearing bushings greased. Ergonomic, oil-resistant handle with large hand rest and

soft component.

Benefits:

• Positioning and clamping in a single operation

• Robust and stable design

• Easy workpiece removal due to completely retracted clamping arm

• Superior quality acc. to the AMF quality standard

Application:

When welding jigs, it is vital that the individual components are positioned exactly

and securely clamped. In practice, this is ensured with simultaneous use of push rod clamping

devices in connection with Vertical acting toggle clamps. The AMF Combi-clamp meets these

two task in a single operation thus making the deployment of different toggle clamps redundant.

The Combi-clamp sliding block guide translates the lever arm movement into a horizontal and

vertical clamping movement thus positioning and

clamping the workpiece at the same time.

Discover the potential savings by using

the new AMF Combi-clamp!
