Design:

Rebound module is jerked by a spring against the test object. The speed reduction

is measured and converted into Leeb hardness values. Tests at any angle (360°) due to

automatic compensation. Mini statistics function displays the measured value, average value,

the difference between maximum and minimum value, date and time. Measuring value display:

Rockwell (B & C), Vickers (HV), Brinell (HB), Shore (HSD), Leeb (HL), tensile strength (MPa).

Automatic unit conversion, so that measurement result is automatically re-evaluated in all the

cited hardness units.

Functions:

Accuracy: 1 % at 800 HLD (± 6 HLD)

Thinnest measurable layer: 8 mm

minimum radius of curvature of the test object (concave/convex : 50 mm

Scope of delivery:

Impact device (type D), infrared printer, hardness reference block, AC

adapter and 3 micro batteries AAA/LR03, in plastic case.

Design:

For reproducible hardness testing with base plate of glass. High measurement accuracy

due to increased hardness of the base plate.

Mechanical design allows precise measurement movements. Levelling device for precise levelling

of the base plate. Levelling test bench for inhomogeneous test objects.

Application:

Suitable for Shore hardness testing of plastics, leather, etc. The SAUTER HB

hardness tester is mounted in a hanging position. The test object is placed on the round testing

table right under the probe tip. By depressing the lever, the probe tip is pressed in a defined

manner into the test object.

Note:

The accuracy of the measurement result with this test is about 25% higher than for a hand

measurement. Supplied without Shore-Duometer.

Design:

With drag indicator, max. mode captures the peak value, point mode shows the

stable measured value. Supplied in wooden box.

Application:

Measuring the Shore penetration depth: plastics, resin, Formica, epoxy, acrylic

etc. Recommended especially for internal comparison measurements, where standard

calibration, e.g. according to DIN 53505 is not possible.
