Smiths Gore BVI Ltd opened in 1965, offering a broad range of real estate services,
both in the BVI and throughout the Caribbean. Our expertise includes residential
and commercial sales, long and short term managements and rentals, valuations,
estate management and development consultancy. We have been singularly
responsible for attracting major real estate investment to the BVI including Peter

the dynamic commercial center of Road Town and the Cruise Ship Pier. Wherever

Direct flights to and from Miami are scheduled to launch in 2017 and international
access is easy via a ferry from the USVI or connecting flights from hubs such as
Puerto Rico and Antigua. However you get to the BVI you will not want to leave!
