Speaker Ready Room, Room 503

We highly encourage all presenters in Symposia, Workshops, and

Platform sessions to visit the Speaker Ready Room one day prior to their

scheduled presentation time. This room will be set up for your use, and

will contain several screens and data projectors to allow you the oppor-

tunity to review your material prior to your scheduled presentation time

slot. All speakers must bring their own laptops. An audio/visual techni-

cian will be available during room hours to assist you in setting up your

laptop with the data projector and to answer any questions. As a cour-

tesy to other presenters, please limit your viewing time to five minutes

during peak times. Audio-visual technicians will be available during the

hours listed below to answer questions.

Data projectors will be provided in all session rooms in the Los Angeles

Convention Center. The data projectors will be compatible with both

Windows and Mac laptops. Speakers must bring their own computers.

The Society does not provide laptops for those with flash drives or other

storage devices.
