The ever-changing repair jobs that workshops have to manage
mean that on-going learning is essential in the automotive industry.
Currently, we have a purpose-built training centre in Avonmouth,
and more due to open in Glasgow, Sunderland, Manchester,
Tamworth, London and Norwich. Our academy courses cover all
areas of vehicle repair including mechanical, electrical, electronic
and diagnostics fault-finding and fixes.
With just a quick assessment, we are able to determine the
knowledge levels of course attendees and grade them either:

• B
(
medium-level technician)
• C
(entry-level technician)
This data not only helps workshop managers understand the
knowledge levels of their employees, but enables us to provide the
best courses and training solutions to suit their needs. In addition to
expert tutors and advisers, the Euro Academy training is also provided
in a blended format. This means that in order to minimise disruption
for workshop operations, each subject is covered with 8 hours of
e-learning at the student’s home or workplace and blended with 8
hours of on-site training at a suitable venue – meaning less time spent
away from the garage.
