• A better understanding of how to respond to requests from

• Greater access to finance through the DAGS facility;

• The provision of immediate response mechanisms

for investment facilitation, branded investment packages

and direct access to investment officers.

• Provision of sound advice to exporters on local products

and networking opportunities, and the ability to highlight

the difficulties SMEs face in meeting the demands

of international trade and the desirability of niche marketing

through branding and improved labelling and packaging;

• Ability to deliver ProNET and Export Marketing training to

members

Overall, the Agency views its relationship with regional BSOs as

reciprocal. As Caribbean Export continues to undertake regional

private sector development, the role of BSOs will continue to be

central to not only the successful delivery of programmes, but

also the integration of regional SMEs into the global economy.
