relating to:
•
employment of staff
•
contracts and awards
•
human resources
•
training and staff development.
The WorkPlacePLUS team can also
offer a range of additional services at
a fee for members. Services could
include preparation of employee
contracts, training, assistance with
staff recruitment and restructuring,
review of HR, OHS and WorkCover
policies and procedures, and additional
written advice. During the consultation,
members will be informed when fees
apply and what the estimated costs will
be.
If you are setting up a new practice or
need assistance with the production
of a range of policies and procedures
then members can also purchase a
Human Resources Manual prepared by
WorkPlacePLUS and customised for
your workplace. This manual includes
information and templates on issues
such as performance management,
equal opportunity, disciplinary and
grievance policies, harassment and
bullying, and procedures around
termination and redundancy. The
manual can be updated on an annual
basis for an additional charge.
Below are some examples of
times when it might be helpful for
members to call WorkPlacePLUS.
