Every time you use your HSA, save your receipt in

case the IRS asks you to prove your claim was for a

qualified expense. If you use HSA funds for a non-

qualified expense, you will pay tax and a penalty on

the ineligible amount.

Please Note: if you elect to enroll in the QHDHP and

you establish a HSA you will not be eligible to

participate in the FSA. You may establish a Limited

Purpose FSA, which allows you to set aside pre-tax

funds for dental and vision, but not for any expenses

covered under the medical plan.
