BIG BALLOT
Each year the URSC makes a Jack Kyle
Bursary Award (currently worth £2500) to
one of Ulster’s promising youngsters from the
Hughes Insurance Ulster Rugby Academy
- internationals Craig Gilroy, Iain Henderson
& Stuart Olding are but 3 of the players who
have benefited from our Bursary in the past.
Last year it was scrum half Dave Shanahan.
The Jack Kyle Bursary is largely funded by
URSC’s annual “Big Ballot” - where fans buy
ballot tickets in the hope of winning prizes
donated by local sponsors.
Among the Big Ballot prizes this year are:
> Use of Heineken Box (up to 12 people) at
Belfast Giants match of choice, courtesy
of Heineken
> Overnight hotel stay with breakfast,
transport to an Ulster game and pair of
grandstand tickets, courtesy of Bank of
Ireland.

URSC MEMBERSHIP 2016/17
Earlier this week over 100 URSC members were
able to meet, get selfies with, autographs from,
chat and listen to Charles Piutau, Rodney Ah You,
Kieran Treadwell, Angus Lloyd and Brett Herron – it
was a great night. Many thanks to the players and
Anita from Ulster Rugby.

DATES FOR YOUR DIARY
The next Meet the Players evening will be held
on Monday 24th October at 7.30pm in the
H3 lounge at Kingspan Stadium and will be a
European Review and Autumn International
