on file with the school bus driver’s employer, and must be made available
for inspection when requested by the Ohio Department of Education or
its assignee.
10. Temporary preservice certificates are not valid for use with drivers who
need to recertify. These certificates may only be used for new drivers
who are completing all required steps for new school bus drivers.
