Renewal of both income and property tax can be on ballot in both primary
and general elections (but not the February and August special election dates) in the
last year the property tax may be extended on the tax list and duplicate or at any
election in the ensuing year.

Board can seek to renew either or both of these issues as individual ballot
questions.
