This summary was prepared by Keith, Michael and Justin in an effort to present our Ashbrook

Building 9 project for approval. We anticipate receiving our building permit within thirty (30) days

following the county’s receipt of final design plans. Ashbrook Building 9 is a proposed, +/-

42,000-square-foot, brick and block, light industrial building, which will have the following attributes:

+/- 42,000 SF (site plan approved)

Ceiling Height

20’ Clear to bottom of joist

Depth

100’

Loading

Dock-high dock doors.

Zoning

Uses: Distribution, athletic facility (dance, gymnastics, judo, sports training, etc.), flex industrial uses

(not more than 49% of area), manufacturing, R&D, bakery, warehousing, fitness center, church,

outdoor storage (10%), recreation (indoor/outdoor), medical care (outpatient), educational institution.

Timing

The building is currently in the site plan approval process without any FastTrack program assistance.

We anticipate a construction commencement in late fall 2015 or early spring 2016. The shell building

can be completed in approximately six months following the receipt of permit.

Signage

Each building tenant is allowed to have a signage area equal to .5 SF per 1 linear foot of building

frontage (i.e. a 2 bay tenant would be allowed 30 SF of aggregate signage area.)
