Fully automated process based on CBCT
Detection of anatomical changes with CBCT

Input: Manual review of CBCT from 70 pts with NSCLC. Decide on replan or not based
on PTV, Mediastinum, ‘other’ Select lastest CBCT prior to replan or CBCT at fraction 15
were chosen for evaluation.

Dataprocessing: Evaluate density differences between planning CT and CBCT scan
regions of interest. The difference in water equivalent path length along 360 degrees in
each transversal plane was calculated.
•
Results: The sensitivity for the patients flagged for replanning was 79%, 71%, and 89%
based on anatomical change in the PTV, MED, and the other tissues. No dosimetric data
yet
