While theRegistrationDocument is valid, the followingdocuments
can be consulted as indicated:
a) Memorandum and Articles of Association: at the Company’s
head office (paper versions);
b) all reports, correspondence and other documents, historical
financial information, valuations and statements prepared by
an expert at the request of the issuer, apart ofwhich is included
or referred to in the RegistrationDocument: at the Company’s
head office (paper versions);
c) historical financial information about the issuer for each
of the two financial years preceding the publication of the
Registration Document: at the Company’s head office (paper
versions) and on its website
