Retrospective study:
SEER data, N=138 815 American women, BCS 2000-2007 followed by WBI or APBIb
Overall 2.6% received APBIb, 66% classified as ”cautionary” or ”unsuitable” (ASTRO)
APBIb was used by 5% ”suitable”, 3.4% ”cautionary” and 1.6% ”unsuitable”
APBIb increased from 0.4% in 2000 to 6.6% in 2007
