Aboard the
Safari Explorer
, a 36-guest boutique yacht, take in the stunning beauty of
the Hawaiian archipelago as you cruise between the magical islands of Molokai, Lanai,
Maui, and the Big Island, Hawaii. You’ll snorkel, kayak, and paddle board in the clear
warm waters, hike to sacred sites in verdant valleys, and learn about a fascinating
culture, whose warm Aloha spirit will give you a sense of old Hawaii.
DAYS 1-3 MOLOKAI / LANAI
After
boarding the yacht in Molokai, you’ll “talk
story” with the locals and experience their
land and traditions as few visitors ever do. A
wonderful hike leads to a towering waterfall
in Halawa’s cathedral valley and you’ll enjoy
an evening
paina
(feast), complete with a
home-style Hawaiian jam session. On Lanai,
snorkel, paddle board, kayak, explore by skiff,
or stretch your legs on a nature hike.
DAYS 4-8 MAUI / BIG ISLAND
Once
a place of refuge, Olowalu offers fantastic
snorkeling among coral gardens teeming with
underwater life. In the Humpback National
Marine Sanctuary, search for dolphins,
whales, and other marine life. Snorkel, kayak,
or paddle board in Honomalino Bay, and
enjoy some of the island’s best snorkeling
in Kealakekua Bay. Discover the charm of
Kailua-Kona before disembarking on Day 8.
