and let it stand ten days.
No. 12.-LEMON CORDIAL.
To 5 ounces fresh lemon-peel,
5 ounces dried lemon-peel, and
5 ounces dried orange-peel, add:-
5 gallons pure proof-spirits. Digest for
ten days, draw off, and add:-
3 gallons clear soft water.
l! gallons simple sirup.
Proceed as in No. 2. Color, if required.
No. 13.-0RANGE CORDIAL.
To 3 pounds fresh orange-peel,
2 pounds dried orange-peel, and
! pound fresh lemon-pee1, add-
5 gallons pure proof-spirits. Digest for
ten days, draw off, and add:-
3 gallons clear soft water.
1 ~ gallons simple sirup.
Agitate, and manage as in No. 2. Color.
