Laszlo Tisza, physics professor and expert in quantum mechanics and
thermodynamics formulated the two-fluid theory of superfluid helium-4. His
research areas included theoretical physics as well as the history and philosophy
of science, specifically on the foundation of thermodynamics and quantum
mechanics.
