he sun began to set

over the ocean as a

warm wind started to

blow. The sky was filled with

bright, brilliant shades of or–

anges, yellows, and pinks as

the sun slowly set Into the

ocean. The sun rays slowly dis–

solved into the vast ocean and

the dusk became the night.

The sunset was a part of the

student's life at USO. Seniors

seemed to know all the secret

places to go to watch the sun–

set. Some went to relax. others

to think but all went to enjoy

the beauty. There are many

places to find the sunset at its

best, but seniors know the best

spots to catch the last of the

falling rays. Bonnie Villalobos

mentioned her favorite spot to

watch the sunset.

It

was best

seen from her home. All the

answers were some where to

be found only through the

peace of the sunset. Couples

often hold hands as they pon·

der life and watch on the sands

of Mission Beach.

Lori

West–

cott ventured into the moun–

tains and enjoyed the

view

that

the hills in Tecolate Park of–

fered. Another fine place to

watch the sunset is Mt . Sole–

dad which was recommended

by Lesley Walsh.

If you weren't a faithful sun–

set observer, maybe you

should consider the possibility

of becoming one because

some say the future is told in

the sunset and the sun rise.
