2 parts Gin
1 part Apple-jack
Juice 2 limes
1/2 part Grenadine
White 1 egg
DOCTOR DON
1/3 Italian Vermouth
2/3 Apple-jack
Dash Angostura Bitters

1 portion Apple-jack
8 oz. ice tea
Juice Yi lemon
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Stir together in tall glass with cracked
ice.
APPLE BLOSSOM
Fill large glass with cracked ice
Add teaspoon sugar
Add 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Add 1/2 cocktail glass Apple-jack
Put in tall glass with some lemon peel,
filter cider thru ice and serve.
