to radiotherapy/imaging.
A tumor with a histology which is different
than the primary disease.
A tumor that occurs after a latency period
from the treatment of the primary disease.

Recurrent cancer.
Sporadic cancer.
Cancer connected to genetic factors.
Exogenous factors (smoking, diet etc.) causing
