Thresholds evolve from the QA data

Level 2: Scheduled Action

Deviations slightly exceeding tolerance

Clinical impact over the course of a few days not significant

Action should be scheduled within one or two working days

Level 3: Immediate Action

Exceeding tolerance has direct clinical impact

Stop treatment
