5 % was the original ICRU requirement for accuracy of delivery at the
ICRU Reference Point (ICRU, 1993).
For high-gradient (>20 %/cm) regions, the accuracy of DTA should be
3.5 mm
In the future, the recommended accuracy criteria might be made more
stringent
