The par value of the AREVA SA share was reduced from 3.80 euros to 0.25 euros
during the Combined General Meeting of Shareholders February 3, 2017 (see
note 35).
CURRENCY TRANSLATION RESERVES
The group’s currency translation reserves were 64million euros in 2016, compared
with (48) million euros in 2015.
DILUTIVE INSTRUMENTS
The group does not have a stock option plan and has not issued any instrument
convertible into equity.
EARNINGS PER SHARE
An average of 382,248,430 shares was used to calculate earnings per share
for 2016.
