BIOGRAPHY – PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ms. Caroline Watteeuw-Carlisle graduated from the University of Gent, Belgium, in Chemical Engineering, Modeling
and holds a Master of Science (MS) in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania (U.S.A).
1997 she became Managing Director Information Technology at Credit Suisse, and in 2000 was Executive
Vice-President and CTO at TradingEdge, the first electronic bond trading exchange. Between 2001 and 2004 she was
