At APi Group, we embrace a “One Leader” concept in our approach to leadership

development. Everyone in our organization is a leader. Therefore, we provide every employee

multiple opportunities for leadership development; regardless of their role and without

distinction between “

ffice” and “Field.” Our formal leadership development courses

are separated into three different categories: “Leading Self,” “Leading Others,” and “Leading

Teams.” Each of these three categories represents a different phase in the evolution of a

leader at APi Group.

Before we can truly effectively lead others, we must first hone our ability to

effectively lead ourselves. These foundation development opportunities are appropriate for all
