Our winner for March's recipe contest is Juanita Chambley with her Chocolate Pie recipe! Submit your entry for this

have their recipe and photo published in the May issue and receive a free t-shirt! Winner will be chosen at random
and will be notified by email.
Chocolate Pie

2 cups milk
1 1/4 cup sugar
3 heaping tbsp flour
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp cocoa
1 frozen pie shell (prepared as directed)
Mix dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whip egg and milk together. Slowly add dry ingredients to egg and
milk mixture. Stir until smooth. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, cook chocolate mixture until thick, stirring
constantly. Pour into previously prepared pie shell. Refrigerate until set and ready to serve. Top with Cool Whip or
whipped cream if desired.
