THE Half-yearly General Meeting of

Society was held upon Friday, 15th. May, in

The Secretary (Mr. W. G. Wakely) read
the notice convening the meeting, and the
minutes of the Half-yearly General Meeting,
held upon the 26th November, 1913. which
were signed by the President.
On the motion of Mr. Henry, seconded by
Mr. Macnamara, it was resolved that Messrs.
F. Gifford, W. W. Carruthers and D. B.
Dunne be appointed Auditors of the Accounts
of the Society' for year ending 30th April.
