• Severe toxicity (grade > 3) most important

• Urinary Grade > 3 toxicity rates:

– Acute urinary retention:

+ 10% (5-34%) = highest incidence

– Urinary incontinence:

+1.5% (0-17%)

– Urinary bother:

+ 1-3%

– Hemorr. cystitis
