Conclusions
Excellent long term results of permanent seed implants for low-risk and
(F) IR-patients
UF- IR and HR patients may benefit from combined EBRT and seed
treatment (+ ADT)
Toxicity is low and acceptable
No decrease in long term QoL
Quality assurance very important
