Representatives of Houston’s Japanese American Citizens League held a collaborative workshop in
January to introduce educators to the Museum’s exhibit “The Art of Gaman.”
Randy Czarlinsky, director of the Houston region for the American Jewish Committee, greeted
Ambassador Meir Shlomo, consul general of Israel to the Southwest, prior to commemorating
International Holocaust Remembrance Day in January.
Lillian Bonner was among presenters at the February workshop on “Impacts of Racist Ideologies.”
