DIRECTIONS
The Property is located 0.6-mile from I-95 via Cypress Creek Road.
From I-95, take Exit 33 (or 33B if heading north on I-95) and head
west along Cypress Creek Road. After Andrews Road, cross the CSX
Railway (on which the Tri-Rail runs) and take the first right to head
north along NW 5th Way into Corporate Park at Cypress Creek. The
Property will be along the west side of the street set behind the lake.
