MNM acquires Kent Automation
MNM Manufacturing, a division of
MNM Industries Inc, has acquired Kent
Automation Inc.
For over two decades KentAutomation
has produced and serviced production
lines and manufacturing equipment for
window production.
The company has evolved into a
provider of solutions for speciality
designed equipment in a broad section
of industries, including blow moulding,
fibreglass,
aluminium,
injection
moulding, PVC fabrication, roto-
moulding, steel and plastics.
Through the acquisition, Kent
Automation will be part of an innovative
team for automated equipment
supplying solutions in the automotive,
rubber, construction, steel and tube and
pipe industries.
MNM Industries was formed in
2012 as a business development
and investment holding company
consisting of MNM Manufacturing, Inc
for acquisition of medium design and
manufacturing businesses, and MNM
Properties – a holding company for
commercial buildings.

2014
The Middle East Pumps, Valves, Pipes
& Compressors Industrial Exhibition
2014 trade show will be held at Expo
Centre Sharjah, UAE, from 15 to 17
December. The international exhibition
specialises in the pumps, valves, pipes
and compressors industries of the
Middle East, and will provide a platform
to showcase products to this import-
orientated market.
Around 300 exhibitors from the
UAE, China, India, Germany, Italy,
America, Japan, Iran, Oman, Kuwait
and other countries will present their
latest products and solutions. More
than 6,000 visitors from the UAE, Iran,
Oman, Kuwait, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and
other countries are expected to attend
the show.
