The Directors met upon the 7th December.

The Secretary reported having

received

16s. Od. in annual subscriptions since last

meeting, making a total of £569 19s. Od. re

ceived since 1st January. 1910. Donations of

£5

5s. Od.

from Mr. A. C. Cameron,

£2 2s. Od. from Mr. Norman C. Caruth, and

£1

from the Trustees of Arnott Bequest

Fund were also received. Grants amounting

to £180 \yere made to nineteen applicants,

bringing the total amount granted during the

year up to £697 Is, Od.

It was resolved to

invest £200 in New Consols.

Directions

were given for the preparation of the Annual

Report for 1910, and Sir George Roche con

sented to draft same.

The Annual General Meeting of the Asso

ciation will be held in the Hall of the Incor

porated Law Society at the Four Courts, at

two o'clock, p.m., on Friday, 2.7th January,

1911.

GAZETTE (other than advertisements) should

be addressed to the Secretary of the Society,

Solicitors' Buildings, Four Courts, Dublin.

THE GAZETTE will accept advertisements for

sale and purchase of property, loans, securities

offered, and money for investments on mort

gages, partnerships, clerkships, and generally

such advertisements as would be of service to

the members of the Society and theProfession.
