Crest Nurse Call Adapters

Adapters accommodate multiple nurse call devices from a single wall receptacle or convert your existing

station to an alternative plug style. Allows patient monitoring equipment to be used simultaneously with

a standard call cord or pillow speaker.

Type B Adapter

The Type B Adapter converts your existing receptacle to the same

receptacle and a " phone receptacle. AllType B Adapters (except

9477) include a 9" extension cord and plug.

Type Y Adapter

The Type Y Adapter converts

your existing receptacle to two

" phone receptacles.

Type Y2 Adapter

The Type Y2 Adapter converts your

existing receptacle to one female

receptacle of the same style and one

" phone receptacle.

Type Y3 Adapter
