Your exam is taken in a moderately complex care situation.
Unforeseen and/or crisis situations may occur in your professional practice, for instance because a
client sustains a physical injury (from a fall) or displays excessive behaviour.
In these situations, you collaborate with colleagues and other disciplines and are informed of
prescribed procedures and legislation.
