First Mates of North Channel Yacht Club

Dear First Mates,

I have been appointed by our President Linda Pagel to chair the 2017 First Mates

By-Law Committee.

The Purpose of the Committee will be to review the current First Mates By-Laws

and ensure they are inline with the new NCYC By-Laws.

I would like to invite any current First Mates to join our committee who are

interested in helping with our 2017 By-Law “review”. I am hoping to form a

committee of four.

The plan would be to set up monthly “Skype” meetings throughout the winter

and hold in person meetings during the summer.

To join the committee, you would

need to have access to Skype, as this will be the medium used during the winter months
