Office of Student Development will notify BC Central to apply appropriate charges to the
responsible person’s student account. If damage occurs in public areas of the residence
hall, and the Residence Hall Director cannot determine the responsible party, the charge for
repair or replacement will be allocated to occupants residing around and using those public
areas.
Students may appeal a fine placed on their account by contacting the Office of
Student Development. BC Central does not reduce or remove housing fines without
written notification from Student Development.
