• No difference in OS or DFS
• Results of EBRT arm comparable to
PORTEC-1 (and ASTEC and GOG-99)
• Brachytherapy effective in preventing
vaginal relapse
• More pelvic relapse after VBT but usually
associated with distant relapse
• Quality of life improved with VBT
